Catalano Associates provides all types of real estate appraisals for purposes of collateral valuation, mortage underwriting, assest valuation, estate planning, divorce proceedings, partnership disputes, eminent domain and a host of other purposes.

Our appraisals are prepared with the care and diligence of seasoned professionals using the best available resources, conforming to the latest industry standards and are published in an organized, succinct format.

Narrative appriasals are prepared in accordance with USPAP and, if appropriate, standards that are specific to each client, including FNMA DUS.

Form appraisals are offered as alternatives to narrative appraisals when appropriate.

Feasibility Studies determine whether an investor can afford to invest in a contemplated project. Absorption Rate Analyses estimate the lease-up period of a multi-tenant commercial property or the sell-out period of subdivision.
